Pingo Support
Tell us what happened and we will have the context needed to understand it. Pingo is local-first, so a useful report never requires you to send private records.

Email itpaz@outlook.com for product questions, privacy requests, purchase questions, security reports, or store-listing issues.
Include helpful context
- App version, for example 0.0.15
- Android version and device manufacturer/model
- Target type (domain, IPv4, or IPv6), without credentials or private infrastructure details
- What you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce
- A screenshot when it helps explain the issue
Ping troubleshooting
Check that the target is correct and that your device has network access. Try a permitted local or known destination, compare IPv4 and IPv6 when relevant, and allow the run to finish so the summary can be interpreted with its latency and loss values. A target may block ICMP or have a route-specific problem.
Alert When Online troubleshooting
Start monitoring from the app and keep notification permission enabled. Android and device vendors may pause background work; remove Pingo from battery restrictions when your device provides that control. Do Not Disturb, notification channels, volume, and the Sound Enabled or Muted settings affect alerts. The feature is not an emergency or guaranteed always-on service.
History and Favorites
History, Favorites, and Recent Targets are local. Use the app’s delete and clear controls to manage them. Restarting should not be necessary for normal updates; if a view appears stale, return to the screen and report the exact steps.
Language and theme
Choose English or Persian in Settings. Theme and reduced-animation preferences are also local and can be changed without an account.
Privacy and security
For privacy requests, read the Privacy Policy. For terms, read the Terms of Use. Never send passwords, private keys, access tokens, recovery codes, or confidential infrastructure details in a support email.
